We work on quality
in every phase of our process. Internal
staff tenure of 9.3 years has increased
our ability to sustain and enhance our
reputation in the technical market place.
In addition, ongoing technical training
from industry experts in financial/accounting,
embedded systems, network systems, SANS
technology, and other Engineering/ IT-Technical
areas are brought in-house to train
and educate our recruiters on industry-specific
topics to help them be better at sourcing
and screening candidates.

2. What differentiates Nycor from its

Every Consultant is
required to become nationally certified
in either CPC (Certified Personnel Consultant)
or CTS (Certified Temporary Services)
training when they are eligible (after
2 years industry experience). This training
and certification covers federal and
state employment laws. 48 years of recruitment

services is unique in itself, and has
given us a "first to market"
type of head start in terms of not only

but for internal staff as well. We are
respected by our clients for making

placements (Making our exclusive clients
aware of top talent resulted in over
40 placements last year. Those placements
were with exclusive clients who requested
this service in advance. To determine
actual fill rate requires removing the
40 from the total of 210 = 170/185 rate.
