Nycor offers an a-la-carte approach
to the search process. This allows you
the most flexibility as to the “depth”
of service you require on any given
search assignment.
There are four “levels” of service
offered that can be staged or mixed
based on what your needs are during
the hiring process.
Level I
We source potential candidate names
for a position based on criteria given
by you on a specific position description.
The list can be compiled by a certain
number of candidates or by a stated
period of time.
This list of candidates would include
the candidates name and contact information
with a potential of including a resume.
Level II
Nycor would contact all the people
on the “sourced list” compiled and qualify
the candidates on the following criteria:
1. Willingness to make a job change
2. Willingness to relocate (if necessary)
3. Current Compensation and inquiring
about housing/personal issues.
4. Obtaining a current resume.
5. Give a brief description of their
personality style and communication
skills.
Level III
This stage involves the actual recruitment
of a sourced candidate to the specific
position and creating the interest in
the position. IT would also involve
a deeper qualification of the candidate
against the requirements of the position.
References would be requested and checked.
Level IV
This stage involves the process of
setting up interviews, gathering feedback
from both sides and making recommendations
on this feedback. It would involve any
negotiation of an offer and the subsequent
closing of the offer. This level also
includes all the “follow-up” of making
sure all details are handled, keeping
in touch with the hired candidate during
the transition to, and started the new
position.
