After every completed search assignment, Nycor's clients complete a detailed evaluation form on our services. The evaluation form questions are organized under the following six general categories: Quality of candidates Screening of candidates Responsiveness of consultant Participation in the closing process Comparison Quality of service We maintain detailed records including company name, person completing the form, and title of all of these evaluation forms and we are happy to share them upon request. The links below are an overview of just some of the comments we have received. Because of the strong emotions involved with starting a new career, we do not ask candidates to fill out evaluation forms when they first start their new career. We find it's a better practice to keep a file of candidates comments after they've had a chance to establish themselves with our clients and reflect back upon the hiring process.
