"Many times our client's
positions are never advertised".
Why is that? Reasons vary from internal
referrals and candidate databases to confidential
replacements and retained searches. Many
times however, it is because a lot of
positions are not created until the ideal
candidate is identified.
This page represents the creative side
of what we do. Our Search divisions fulfill
specific search assignments. Our contract
and outsourcing divisions complete projects.
However, many times our clients ask us
to provide an Ideal Company Match, rather
than an ideal candidate for a position.
From our clients point of view, they are
looking for key contributors. Individuals
that can make an immediate positive impact
on their organization. They are willing
to make a position for this type of person
when they become available. These requests
come to us daily, but are much less time
sensitive than our contract or search
assignments.
This is where the fun begins. It is where
we are called upon to be creative in matching
key contributors to outstanding opportunities.
This is one of the ways we keep our clients
aware of top talent in the marketplace.
With these requests in mind, we have
created this tool for our candidates.
It is for those individuals either active
in their career search or passively watching
the market, who know exactly what they
are looking for, or know where their next
logical career step should take them.
Nycor uses this tool to help us identify
only those opportunities that may be of
interest now and in the future. We then
notify our candidates where these opportunities
are and when they will be available.
Your ideal position consists of whatever
you feel are the ingredients to a rewarding,
successful, and fulfilling career and
which is particularly well suited to your
background and personality. Things to
consider are: environment, corporate culture,
location, compensation, industry, scope
of responsibilities, benefits and career
growth paths. If we can provide you with
a position such as you describe, it is
more likely that you will achieve success
in that position quickly. If you achieve
early successes it is also more likely
that you will grow within that organization
which benefits all parties involved.
